Now working as EASA qualified and Indian DGCA certified Airbus 320 Simulator Flight Instructor plus nominated Safety Management Representative and Flight Safety Officer with AIRBUS India Pvt Ltd. Also Airbus trained Technical Advisor and CRM Instructor.

I invested the early part of my career in fighter aircraft production, flight testing and customer acceptance of the Jaguar Aircraft. I have hands-on experience on all aircraft systems (Navigation, Communication, Fuel, Hydraulics, Flight Control, Autopilot) integration, and testing, fault isolation & snag rectification.Â
I have also done a few AOG (Aircraft Operationally Grounded) recovery of aircraft at Air Force bases around the country.
I am very curious by nature and love to "roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty" with anything related to the aircraft and its systems.

Madhavan is a renowned aeromodelling instructor with a specialization in nitro engine aircraft. He is also a paramotor pilot/gliding instructor with about 10,000 hours of flying experience under his belt. He has trained many students in the field of aeromodelling, paramotoring, and gliding.
